Scrappers Lady Softball to Begin in 2014!

The Michiana Scrappers will be ADDING SOFTBALL in 2014!

The Scrappers began in 2006 with 1 travel baseball team at the 15U age level and has evolved into one of the premier Travel Baseball Organizations in Indiana in just over 6 years.  With 13 teams, ranging from 9U to 22U, the Scrappers have competed both on the local level and more recently on the national level.

"Our decision to begin adding softball in 2014 has been up for discussion for several years, but we never felt like we were ready or had the right coaches interested in making sure we could provide the right player development as we have done on the baseball side.  The goal is not winning championships, it is more about providing a great opportunity with advanced learning and skill development for both boys and girls," notes Director of Operations Brian Blondell.

The Lady Scrappers will begin the 2014 season by fielding an 8U & 10U, 12U and 14U team.  JUST ADDED A TRYOUT DATE ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 18TH @ TWIN BRANCH PARK IN MISHAWAKA.  THE 2ND TRYOUT DATE WILL BE AUGUST 25TH @ BETHEL COLLEGE.  (Players Only need to attend one tryout).  Please click on link to the left (tryouts) for exact times and how to pre-register.  Any questions please email Brian at michianascrapper@att.net for more information prior to tryout.
